Short answer: Cold email agencies build a prospect list, set up sending, write the emails and manage replies so you get conversations with buyers. Some do email only. Others offer it next to calling and LinkedIn. This page lists eight companies that say on their own websites that they run cold email, including us, and describes each using only what its site states. It is a shortlist to start from, not a verdict on the best cold email agencies.
- What this is: eight companies, not ranked.
- How it was built: each description comes from the company’s own site.
- What to compare: list approval, sending setup, reply handling and terms.
Who wrote this: Next Reply publishes this page and is included in it. This list is not a ranking. After Next Reply, the agencies appear in alphabetical order. Each description uses only what the company says about itself on its own website, which we opened while writing this page. We have not tested these companies and we do not repeat review scores, client counts or results. Check each site yourself, because offers change.
What do cold email agencies do?
A cold email agency runs outbound email for you. It works out who to contact, finds and verifies their details, sets up sending domains and inboxes that are separate from your main company domain, writes the messages and follow-ups, and reports on what came back. Our guide to what a cold email agency does goes through the work step by step.
A cold email marketing agency of this kind is not the same as an email marketing agency that sends newsletters to your subscribers. Cold email goes to people who have not heard from you before, so targeting and sending setup carry most of the risk.

How do you choose a cold email agency?
Any cold emailing agency will tell you it writes good copy. The differences that matter are less visible.
- Which channel reaches your buyer? Some buyers answer email. Others are easier to reach by phone or at events. Pick the channel first, then the company.
- Will you see the list before it is used? If not, you cannot control who hears from your company.
- Who handles replies and how is a qualified lead defined? Get the definition in writing before you start.
- Who owns the data, domains and accounts if you leave? Ask before you sign.
- What is in the report? You want contacts reached, replies and real conversations, not only activity counts.
- What are the terms? Read the fee model, the cancellation clause and the renewal clause.
- How is sending set up? Ask whether outreach uses separate domains, who pays for them, and how the agency watches deliverability. You do not need the technical detail, but you need a clear answer.
Be careful with any company that guarantees a number of meetings or deals. Nobody controls how your market responds. A list like this one can tell you who exists and what each says it does. Only a conversation, a written proposal and reference calls can tell you whether a company is right for you.
On cost, agencies charge a monthly fee, a fee per meeting or a mix. We explain each in our guide to cold email agency pricing. We do not quote other agencies’ prices here, so ask each one for a written quote. Next Reply publishes its prices on the pricing section of our site.

It depends on the agency, so ask each one. At Next Reply a campaign goes live in 14 days.
What should a cold email agency report?
