How many cold emails does a meeting take?

Start with the number of sales calls you want each month. The calculator works back to the list size, send volume, and sending setup it takes.

Your goal

Share of prospects who reply to any email in the sequence.
Share of replies that are interested, not "remove me" or "not now".

What it takes each month

cold emails per month  emails per sales call
  1. Prospects to contact
  2. Prospects per sales call
  3. Sending inboxes
  4. Sending domains
Plan that fits this volume

These figures come from the numbers you enter. They are planning estimates, not a promise of results. Reply and close rates depend on your list, your offer and your market.

How it's calculated

The math, step by step

No hidden assumptions. Every number above comes from these steps.

  1. Call rateReply rate × interested share × booking rate. This is the share of prospects who end up on a call.
  2. ProspectsMeeting goal ÷ call rate.
  3. EmailsProspects × emails in the sequence.
  4. InboxesEmails per month ÷ (sends per inbox per day × sending days).
  5. DomainsInboxes ÷ inboxes per domain, rounded up.

Plans start at $1,500/month. Compare plans.

Most campaigns use three to five emails spaced a few days apart. Many replies come from follow-ups, so a single email leaves results on the table. The calculator defaults to four.

Keeping each inbox to roughly 25 to 40 cold emails a day protects deliverability. Higher volume comes from adding inboxes and domains, not from pushing each inbox harder.

Spreading volume across several sending domains keeps any one domain from carrying too much. It also means a problem with one domain does not stop the whole campaign. Never send cold email from your main business domain.
